I have always been interested in photography, primarily macro. Most of what I had done previously had been outdoor and I needed something to photograph when the weather wasn’t great. Some Pinterest searches led me to stumble upon lego minifigure images and I was hooked by their charming personality. My first work was terribly lit and I did not know a thing about controlling reflections.

When I work on my images now it’s all about the lighting. I struggle for hours sometimes rearranging to get it just right. A larger part of the image for me now is the story. If I can pull off an image that someone “gets the joke” or it makes them laugh then my work is done.
